Researchers identified only a handful of outstanding firms in the UK, including Osborne Morris & Morgan, using data collated from client feedback over a 6-year period. All aspects of law firm practice were analysed, from responsiveness, efficiency, communications, and billing transparency, through to lawyer quality and industry profile.
