How much are Conveyancing Solicitors Fees?
The cost of moving home can quickly increase if you do not choose a transparent and open fixed-fee Conveyancing solicitor.
This is why we offer free conveyancing quotes through our Conveyancing Quotation Calculator – perfect if you are buying, selling or re-mortgaging a property.
Our quotes include and layout every single fee you can expect through the conveyancing process, so you can rest assured there will be NO hidden fees later.
With no hidden costs – once you are quoted a price, that is the price you pay.
When do I have to pay the Conveyancing Fees?
You will be charged the Conveyancing fees upon completion and exchange of contracts on your property. These fees will be at the agreed amount given during the initial stages, when you received your conveyancing quote.
You won’t be charged any fees during the Conveyancing process. We do ask for £100 on account on a sale and £300 on account for a purchase. This is to cover search fees, ID and land registry fees that have to be paid early on.
What costs will be incurred if the house sale falls through?
You may be charged a fee for the abortive sale or purchase depending on how far in the transaction we have got to. We are very fair when it comes to abortive fees and if it’s a sale are more than happy for this fee to be taken once the house has sold again.
