Reverse Advent Calendar 2019 In aid of The Salvation Army Appeal
This year, we are once again running a Reverse Advent Calendar in aid of the Salvation Army Food Bank and Toy Appeal, and we need your help!
We are asking for donations of food items and festive treats to give to the local families of Leighton Buzzard, who depend on the initiative.
Sarah Winters, who is managing the project here at Osborne Morris & Morgan, says;
“Our Reverse Advent Calendar is a simple way to make a big difference in your local community this Christmas. Last year, you generous lot helped us to donate an amazing 159 Christmas parcels, full of toys, gifts, sweets and more, to the families in need around Leighton Buzzard. Many food parcels were prepared and distributed too.
3 Years of the Reverse Advent Calendar
This year will be our third Reverse Advent Calendar and we’re hoping it will be the biggest yet! We urge anyone to pop into our office with their donations. We will have 4 large collection boxes in our reception and members of staff will also be bringing food items and gifts in every day”.
The goods will be handed over to the Salvation Army on Tuesday 10th December for distribution to the local community this Christmas”.

Want to get involved with our Reverse Advent Calendar this year? Please bring in food items, including festive treats such as biscuits, chocolates etc, as well as gifts for babies and children up to the age of 18. We have been told that there is always a need for gifts for teenagers -stationery, DVDs, toiletries as the younger children are often bought for.
