One morning, one mission: #TeamOMM Row-A-Thon

We are pleased to announce that we will, once again, be greeting commuters at Leighton Buzzard Railway Station in September. This time, however, we will be taking part in a row-a-thon to fundraise for charity, MK SNAP.
MK SNAP, who are based in Milton Keynes, offers professional support to learners with learning difficulties and challenges. The learners are adults who may be recovering from a stroke, or have suffered from a head injury, or may be on the autistic spectrum.
Members of our law firm will be taking turns in the row-a-thon at the station’s entrance from 6am on Thursday 27th September and handing out 1,000 free reusable water bottles to local commuters, to reduce single use plastic.
We are also proud to be partnering with local fitness company, All About Me Fitness, to offer commuters the chance to win three months of free personal training in a free-to-enter prize draw giveaway.
This will be the fourth event of this kind that we have run at the railway station, in two years.
Paul Lockhart, office manager at Osborne Morris & Morgan, based on West Street, said;

“We are really excited to be once again fundraising for MK SNAP at our local railway station, and particularly this time, with the support of All About Me Fitness. We’d like to say a big thank you to Andy and the team at All About Me Fitness for lending us a rowing machine to use and donating such an incredible prize for the draw. Also, another big thanks to all of the management and staff at Leighton Buzzard Railway Station- for giving us permission to go ahead.
We hope that other members of the local community will also pop down to see us, to enter the prize draw, pick up their free water bottle and of course, to donate a few pennies to this great cause”.
A #TeamOMM fundraising page has been set up for anyone who isn’t able to join us on the day.
Please join #TeamOMM from 6am on Thursday 27th September at Leighton Buzzard Railway Station to help us to raise lots of funds for MK SNAP!
