Coffee&Connect is the cherry on top for Leighton Buzzard
Last month saw the launch of our new monthly drop-in networking group, Coffee&Connect Leighton Buzzard.
The group was set up to provide an easily accessible, monthly, networking opportunity for local businesses and organisations.
The first event took place on Wednesday 31st January at The Cupcake Café on Hockliffe Street- where all future events are planned.
Sarah Winters, at Osborne Morris & Morgan said;
“We are proud to say that the first event was a huge success. We had over 20 different businesses and organisation representatives join us for coffee, delicious cake and networking. It was great to meet new people and connect in a relaxed and informal environment, at what is usually a convenient time for most people to pop out of the office. And the venue- The Cupcake Cafe, is the perfect place for the group to meet. We wish to thank everyone who joined us last Wednesday and we look forward to seeing you all again for next month’s group in February”.
To celebrate the launch of the networking group, we organised a competition on the Coffee&Connect Leighton Buzzard Facebook page, with a bouquet of cupcakes as the prize. The lucky winner was Fiona Towell at Chameleon Personal Services Ltd, who collected her prize at the launch. So a big congratulations to Fiona!

The next Coffee&Connect Leighton Buzzard event will be taking place on Wednesday 28th February at 10:30-11:30am at The Cupcake Café. Representatives from businesses and other organisations are very welcome. There are no membership fees to pay, no bookings required and no commitments to make. Attendees simply pay £3 for coffee and a slice of cake.
