About Sheena
Sheena trained at a local firm, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2009 in Family Law and thereafter joined Osborne Morris & Morgan in 2011. She is a multi-faceted Solicitor with 15 years of experience jointly heading up the firm’s Court of Protection and Personal Injury Trusts department. She is a member of CoPPA and the Professional Deputy Forum.
Sheena undertakes work required to meet the obligations associated with the Court of Protection, Personal Injury Trusts, Will Trusts and Attorneyships. She is a Director of the Osborne Morris & Morgan Trust Corporation which act as either professional Deputy, Trustee or Attorney. She assists clients with key decisions pertaining to their financial affairs and managing their Trusts.
Sheena is jointly responsible for looking after combined client assets in excess of £160M all belonging to parties with a significant brain injury.
Sheena has written articles on various law-related issues that have been published both locally, and nationally. She has appeared on local radio as their resident Legal Specialist and continues to contribute to local publications.
Outside of work, Sheena enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
