Our Court of Protection team support some of the most vulnerable members of our community, as these are individuals who lack capacity to manage their own financial affairs. The team handles complex, sensitive cases with care, attention and integrity, ensuring that client’s best interests are always are the forefront.

From Deputyships and Personal Injury Trusts, to navigating difficult family situations and long-term care planning, the team’s work requires both deep technical knowledge and a human-centred approach.

Sheena and Hazel, who lead our Court of Protection team, expressed their pride in the nomination:

“We are absolutely thrilled to have been announced as a finalist for Court of Protection team of the year. This recognition means so much to us because it reflects the care, dedication and hard work the whole team brings to our clients every single day. We are incredibly proud of our colleagues and grateful to the families who place their trust in us.”
