Easter bunny surprises commuters with ‘Eggstravaganza’

Easter commuter campaign

If you were at Leighton Buzzard Railway Station during the Easter holidays, then you may have been greeted by the Easter bunny, who was giving out chocolate treats.

Solicitors from Osborne Morris & Morgan were up at the crack of dawn on the 17th April, to head down to the station for 6am, to hand out Lindt chocolate eggs to commuters – with the help of the Easter Bunny.

As well as giving out bags of yummy chocolates to the public, the local solicitors partnered with the Woburn Hotel, to offer commuters the chance to win Afternoon Tea for Two, in a free prize draw.

The lucky winner

Nichola Gordon, who is from Milton Keynes, was the lucky winner of the prize.

Nichola said of the news “I was really surprised to have won – I never win anything! I’m really looking forward to taking my daughter, Natasha, along with me to the Afternoon Tea at Woburn Hotel”.

Alex Glyde, Administration Assistant at Osborne Morris & Morgan, based on West Street, said;

“We had a fantastic morning meeting and greeting commuters at the train station. The local community were very happy to see the Easter Bunny with us and of course, to receive bags of Lindt Easter eggs, to brighten up their day!  We also had many generous people contributing to the donation buckets for KidsOut and we are very grateful that they took the time to do this and support us in our mission.

We are delighted to have raised £250 for the fun and happiness charity, KidsOut. KidsOut gives disadvantaged children and youth positive experiences to carry with them into the future, and the money raised from the event will go towards one of their fun days out.

We’d like to say, a big congratulations to Nikki and a big thank you to Woburn Hotel for donating the Afternoon Tea for Two voucher, so that we could offer a lovely prize for the draw.  Also, thanks to staff at Leighton Buzzard Railway Station- for, as always, allowing us to do this”.

This was the law firm’s fifth event at the train station and are looking forward to planning their next event in September.
