About Tim
Tim Woolford is the Managing Director of Osborne Morris & Morgan Solicitors and has specialised in catastrophic brain and spinal injury matters since joining the firm in 2000. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with individuals and families navigating life-changing circumstances, helping them access the support, protection and financial management they need following serious injury.
Tim is highly experienced in Court of Protection matters and acts as a Professional Deputy for clients who lack the capacity to manage their own financial affairs. He also serves as a Professional Trustee, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure clients’ assets and compensation awards are managed carefully and in their best interests.
As Managing Director, Tim plays a key role in the strategic development and financial management of the firm. He is passionate about maintaining the high standards of client care that Osborne Morris & Morgan has built its reputation upon, whilst ensuring the firm continues to grow and evolve to meet the changing needs of its clients and local community.
Known for his approachable manner and practical advice, Tim understands that many clients come to the firm during difficult and often emotional periods of their lives. He prides himself on building strong, long-term relationships and helping clients feel supported, informed and confident throughout their legal journey.
Having spent more than two decades with the firm, Tim is proud to have contributed to OM&M’s continued success and its position as a trusted, award-winning legal practice serving individuals and families across Bedfordshire and beyond.
Away from the office, Tim is a keen saxophonist and enjoys spending time pursuing his passion for music.
