About Rachel
Rachel is a Senior Paralegal in the Court of Protection team, and joined Osborne Morris & Morgan in June 2026. She has more than a decade of experience in this area, gained across both regional and national law firms, supporting both trust clients, and deputyship clients who lack capacity to manage their own financial affairs.
Her experience includes assisting with a broad range of complex matters, including property transactions, significant expenditure decisions, financial budgeting, care and accommodation arrangements, Court of Protection applications and liaising with families, case managers, financial advisers and other professionals.
Rachel has an LLB (Hons) degree and takes a practical, approachable and client-centred approach to her work. She enjoys the problem-solving involved in Court of Protection matters and bringing together legal, financial and practical considerations to find solutions that work for the individual client.
Alongside her professional experience, Rachel has first-hand experience of supporting a disabled family member of her own. This gives her a valuable personal perspective of the challenges families can face when dealing with complex care, financial, and support arrangements.
Outside of work, Rachel has a keen interest in history and enjoys travelling, and spending time with her children and the family dogs.
