About Hazel
Hazel joined OMM in 2014, having qualified as a solicitor in 2002. Hazel previously practised Family Law and has a wealth of experience in this area.
Hazel has since re-trained in our Court of Protection & Personal Injury Trusts department and is passionate about helping vulnerable clients with their property & affairs. Hazel undertakes work required to meet the obligations & responsibilities associated with our Court-appointed Deputyship, the OMM Trust Corporation. She also assists our Professional Trustees with their decision-making and managing the Trusts.
Hazel specialises in discrete areas involving applications to the Court of Protection such as statutory wills. She accepts instructions from Lay Deputies in respect of Court applications and Lay Trustees in connection with setting up Personal Injury Trusts.
Outside of work, Hazel enjoys cooking, Pilates, country walks and spending time with her family.
