About Krishna
Krishna Fatania is a Trainee Solicitor at Osborne Morris & Morgan, having joined the firm in April 2025. She is currently in the Court of Protection and Personal Injury Trusts team.
Krishna supports the progression of Court of Protection and Personal Injury Trust matters under supervision, assisting case handlers with day-to-day file management, drafting correspondence and court documentation, liaising with clients and professionals, and supporting applications to the Court of Protection. She approaches her work with empathy, care, and attention to detail, recognising the sensitive nature of the matters involved.
Krishna completed her law degree (LL.B) in 2019, followed by the Legal Practice Course and Master of Laws (LL.M) in 2021. She has previous experience in both Commercial Litigation and Court of Protection work, giving her a well-rounded legal foundation.
Krishna is passionate about the impact law has on people’s everyday lives and prides herself on bringing warmth, kindness, and a sense of humour to the workplace. Outside of work, she is an enthusiastic social butterfly who is always up for anything. She enjoys volunteering and fundraising for charity, having raised over £2,000 through a 14,000ft skydive, a 10-mile hiking challenge, an abseil down the tallest permanent tower in the world, and more. She is also a black belt in Taekwondo, reflecting discipline, resilience, and commitment both in and outside of work.
In her spare time, Krishna loves a variety of music, food, travel, and sport. She has played the clarinet since the age of 10, performing in orchestras and woodwind bands, enjoys attending concerts, and loves cooking – especially traditional Gujarati cuisine, and is fluent in speaking Gujarati.
Krishna is also proud to be Beyoncé’s biggest fan!
