Grant Only Service

The Grant Only service will depend on the value of the estate and the level of disclosure required.
There is also a Court Fee of approx. £300 for each application and this will include the required amount of copy documents. This Court fee does not attract VAT.
The cost for each office copy of a Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration from the Probate Registry in England and Wales is £16 per copy.

We are experts at full administration of estates and this bespoke professional service is charged on an hourly rate according to the following charges:

The average cost of a full administration of an estate can range on average, from approximately £5000 to £25000 plus VAT and disbursements (including Probate Registry Court fee as above).
Please note: Our charges for probate work are charged according to the amount of time needed to be spent in dealing with the matter. This can vary, amongst other things, upon how many assets/debts there are to deal with and whether or not inheritance tax is payable.
