Eric was admitted as a solicitor in 1977 and co-founded Osborne Morris & Morgan in 1980 with Tom Osborne and Peter Morgan. Since 1990 Eric has specialised in High Court litigation involving brain injury and has for over the last 20 years handled a large number of high profile and very high value Personal Injury claims.
In 2005 he established the firm’s Court of Protection department and has become actively involved in the management of large damages awards received on behalf of clients of this and other firms.
He also frequently acts as Professional Deputy and Trustee for clients and has been involved as an expert witness in a number of high value Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims.
