About Somayeh
Somayeh Tosi is an Iranian-British lived in the UK since 2005. Somayeh is a Court of Protection Solicitor, Qualified Mediator, and Non-Executive Director with a long-standing background in Health and Social Care. Since 2019, Somayeh has advised and represented various Local Authorities in Adult Social Care matters and has an in-depth understanding of the Care Act 2014, Children Act 1989 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
Somayeh lives with her daughter. Outside of work, she volunteers her time to support her local community through her role as school governor and black-on-board community committee. She also enjoys physical activities such as running, cycling & swimming. She often challenges herself through various charitable events and so far, has completed 12 marathons, one triathlon and has done the London Ride 100 & British Heart Foundation London-Brighton Cycle events twice. In 2024, she is training to run 4 marathons.
