Head of Probate | Chartered Legal Executive


Sarah joined OMM in 2002 and initially worked in our Conveyancing Department. Sarah qualified as a Legal Executive in June 2010 and as a Licensed Conveyancer in September 2010. Sarah is also a full member of the Society for Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Sarah is now primarily responsible for dealing with preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and also helping clients to deal with and obtain Probate. Sarah also provides advice to clients on Estate Planning.

Sarah’s passion is to explain how the law affects clients and to reach the best outcome for them whilst also working to prevent any conflict in the future. Sarah has experience of dealing with elderly clients and can visit clients at home if required.

Outside work Sarah enjoys walking with her two dogs and going to the gym. She also enjoys walking in the Lake District, watching films and reading novels.
