unique ‘one stop property shop’
where, as your solicitor and as your estate agent, we will
act upon your behalf first to find a buyer for your property
and then to carry out the legal work on the sale and, if appropriate,
any related purchase all in the same office. Everyone at ONE
will work together in the house sale process keeping each
other and, most importantly, you closely informed as to the
progress of your transaction to facilitate exchange and completion
as quickly as possible.
ONE will be acting in your best interests
both as your estate agent and your lawyer. ONE provide a genuine
‘one stop’ solution where you use ONE firm in
ONE office to both sell and convey your house for ONE fee.
ONE offers an all inclusive fee to
cover the cost of marketing and selling your property and
all legal work on your sale. If you instruct us as your estate
agent to sell your house and to act upon your behalf to do
the legal work on your sale, our conveyancing services on
your sale will be provided to you free of charge, except for
any necessary disbursements and VAT if appropriate.
