Osborne Morris & Morgan are RANKED 1 by Chambers and Partners*. This is what the Chambers and Partners said about us in their 2007 edition:
| "Osborne Morris & Morgan “has been a centre of excellence for so long that they deserve to be in the top tier,” say market sources. Such is the service on offer at this firm, one high-profile competitor stated: “If someone in my family had a claim, it is where I’d tell them to go.” The team acts in a range of matters, although it is most renowned for its brain injury work and consequently markets itself as a firm of neurolawyers." |
OMM are committed to representing
victims of medical accidents and their families and
will advise on all aspects, with advice extending to
representation in the civil courts and at inquests.
OMM are recognised as a leading firm in the field of
cerebral palsy clinical negligence litigation. We are
committed to investigating all cases of cerebral palsy
which we are asked to help with and will do so at no
cost to you. Public Funding (which used to be called
Legal Aid) is still available for clinical negligence
cases which means we can investigate any cerebral palsy
case at no charge to you.
David Turner and Gary Williams have wide
experience of complex Clinical Negligence claims most of
which involve catastrophic neurological injury. These include
not only children who have cerebral palsy but also adults
who have suffered severe brain damage as a result of clinical |

negligence. At OMM, we recognise the need for such sophisticated
claims to be handled by people who have a proven track record
in dealing with such cases; rather than delegated to less
senior members of staff.
OMM understand the need for families to be
involved, kept informed throughout the claim and the importance
of continuity. We aim to ensure that your case will be dealt
with by David Turner or Gary Williams from the time you first
instruct OMM to the conclusion of the case.
OMM adopt a holistic approach to solving
problems encountered by families with a child with cerebral
palsy. It is essential that where possible, funds are secured
early to provide for the care and rehabilitation needs of
your child. OMM can provide practical support in all aspects
of your child’s case.

Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA) is
an independent charity which promotes better patient safety
and justice for people who have been affected by a medical
accidents.Historically, Osborne Morris and Morgan has had
a close association with AvMA. AvMA helpfully provides guidance
